Butch & Karon Morgan

Butch & Karon are the owners of Morgan Marine, Inc. Butch has 40 plus years of mechanical knowledge and boating experience. Having grown up in Truth or Consequences, he can advise on the best fishing, hiking, hunting and history of the area.
Karon is Morgan Marine Inc.'s CFO. Karon grew up the daughter of a mechanic and has handled a wrench a few times herself. For the last 20 years, she has been Morgan Marine's Parts Manager and has attended many service seminars. Together they raised five children and now have 10 grandchildren!

Vanessa Cousineau

Vanessa is our Office Manager; she is certified in most Microsoft applications. Vanessa's job is very diverse with doing book keeping, clerical, parts and customer service. She has a jovial personality.

Clint Anderson

Clint, with over 40 years experience as a boat mechanic and in service management is a huge asset to the Morgan Marine Inc. team of professionals. He is certified in Mercury Outboard and MerCruiser. Clint is our Service Manager. He is a very skilled mechanic, and we are happy to have him on board! We are positive you will appreciate his knowledge and professionalism!

Paul De La Torre

Paul is a valued member our service staff at Morgan Marine. Before coming to us Paul gained many years of experience working at Rock Canyon Marina. He has a long time background in mechanics & he has a lot of experience working on high-performance custom engines.

Greg Fetherlin

Greg is a valued part-time employee of Morgan Marine Inc. He is a certified MerCruiser technician. Greg is one of the grandchildren.

Jessica Colby

Jessica Colby is the fresh face around here. She is new to the marine business and still learning but she is eager to learn, so go ahead and ask her for help. Jessica will find what you need or find another staff member to help you while learning something new. Don’t make her cry, willing and eager staff is hard to find.  

Norman Carter

We are really proud of the job that Norman does to keep our buildings and grounds in tip-top shape.

James Morgan

When not at his regular 40 hour a week job, James can be found hunting or fishing. From time to time; however, you'll find James working with his Dad, Butch, welding and working on maintaining the boat yard and it's many buildings.
